You are able to change the following security information, if you have access to your account:
- Password
- PIN Code (for crypto withdrawals)
- Phishing Code
- BtcTurk | Kripto Mobile Application
Turkish citizens are able to change 2 Factor Authentication method (switch between SMS and Authenticator application).
If you would like to change BtcTurk | Kripto mobile application password, you can log out (Account > Log Out) and log in again.
If you can't access your account for any reason, you can send an e-mail to support@btcturk.com from the e-mail account you have registered to BtcTurk | Kripto.
You are able to change the following information contacting the support team:
- E-Mail address
- Phone Number (Turkish Citizens)
- ID Information (Related to marriage, divorcement, name change on court order etc.)
