Steps to withdraw cryptocurrency:
- Navigate to WITHDRAW > Cryptocurrency you want to withdraw on BtcTurk | Kripto website
- If you haven't saved any withdraw addresses yet, add an address for withdrawal using your 2-factor authenticaion code. If you have a withdraw address, choose the address you want to withdraw.
- Add the amount you want to withdraw. You may click the balance shown in the Withdraw Amount row or plus button in the input box to withdraw your all available balance. Please note that you can only withdraw your available balance. If the balance shown differs from your total balance, please check your open orders.
- Click the Send (cryptocurrency name) Withdraw Request button.
- If you have enable crypto withdrawal PIN Code, you'll be asked to enter your PIN Code. (PIN Code is an extra security layer for cryptocurrency withdrawals. You can enable your PIN Code at Security > PIN Code page)
- You'll receive a confirmation e-mail. Please check the withdrawal address and the withdrawal amount carefully. Confirm your withdraw request by clicking the button in the confirmation e-mail. Please note that after clicking the confirmation button, your transfer will be queued immediately and processed soon and you won't be able to cancel the transfer.

- Upgrade your account to Level 2.
- Deposit or withdraw Turkish Lira at least once after registration through a personal bank account that is under your name and located in Turkey.
- 48 hours must have passed over the first TRY transaction.
48 hours protection period will be applied only to your first crypto withdraw request. You'll be able to request withdrawals anytime after your first withdrawal.
